Frequently Asked Questions:
1) I wish to apply to more than 1 service in ISIDORe, what should I do?
2) Does the ISIDORe project cover the access costs for accommodation, travel or sample shipping?
The ISIDORe project will provide a contribution to the costs for accomodation, travel and sample shipping. We expect for our user to keep the costs for traveling/accommodation as low as reasonable and to use the most economical means and class of travel. This would normally be standard class, economy or equivalent. We will cover max 750€/project for travel and accommodation costs for single access projects and max 1000€ for projects requiring access to more than one Instruct facility.
Users should book and pay for their own travel and accommodation for access visits or shipping of samples for remote access. Costs will be reimbursed after the visit up to a certain cap by providing Instruct-ERIC with the completed reimbursement Form and receipts to admin@instruct-eric.org. Claims should be no later than 2 months after completion of the access. For any other enquiries please contact admin@instruct-eric.org.
3) I do not know what service and/or service provider to chose from the catalogue of services?
Please contact us providing details about your project needs and we will direct you towards the most appropriate facility.
4) My institution is not part of the European Union. Am I eligible to the ISIDORe calls?
Yes! At the moment applicants form non-EU countries from Academia and Industry are eligible to the ISIDORe calls.
