User guidelines - ISIDORe TNA Calls

Due to budget limitations, access to Instruct facilities is currently not available via ISIDORe

Introduction: The ISIDORe consortium has launched calls for proposals to support scientists with an interest in infectious disease research. The aim of these calls is to offer free of charge transnational access to ISIDORe services for supporting and advancing research on infectious disease. Within these calls, Instruct-ERIC offers open access to structural biology infrastructure at our Instruct Centres. Our aim is to facilitate excellent science, and to this end, all applications are submitted for peer review by a panel of experts. Proposal funding is approved based on scientific merit, and reviewers offer constructive advice for improvements where this would benefit the research proposal.

To Request Access, there is a simple online form to create a research proposal. Select the service(s) you would like to access in our catalogue of services and click on the red button "Apply for access" located at the bottom right of your service drop-down.  You will be asked to sign in or to create an account in order to proceed with the application.

Pre-Application: Before proceeding with your application, you will need to fill in a pre-application via the ISIDORe website. If you have not yet filled in a pre-application, please visit the ISIDORE website and fill in the pre-application form to obtain your ISIDORe project ID. You will need the ISIDORe ID number to complete your application.

Timeframe: The application and review process is efficient, transparent and quick. We aim to turn around applications within 6 weeks.
